I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance so that I may have the opportunity to schedule another client. If you no show the appointment or cancel within 48 hours of the service I will have to charge you for the service in full up to $50. If you had an appointment for a service over $50 then I will only charge $50 or half, whichever is more. Late Arrivals- I understand that local and freeway traffic can get busy, the parking lot can get hectic, and life can happen. However, please know that if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to please contact the Suite. Depending on how late you are I will still be charging for the services you requested but I may need to cut some of the time by switching the service to a shorter one. (Example-express facial instead of regular facial) All deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel before the 48 hour window, your deposit can be used for a reschedule.
